The Social Nibble collects and uses personal information so we can respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, manage bookings and keep clear enquiry records.

When you submit an enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event details, dietary or allergen information, delivery or location details and message content.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, manage bookings, send acknowledgements and keep records of enquiries and related conversations.

Tools we use

The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiry records are stored in Supabase. Enquiry acknowledgement and notification emails are sent through Resend.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months unless we need to keep them longer for legal, accounting or dispute reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to how we use your personal information. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, this notice will be updated accordingly.
